These Terms apply to your use of the Website and its content. Where a purchase is made, the separate terms of our payment and fulfilment partner also apply to that purchase (see Section 4). If there is any conflict between these Terms and the purchase terms of that partner regarding the purchase transaction itself, the partner's terms govern the transaction, while these Terms govern your use of the Website and the digital content.
We offer digital products (such as PDF journals and e-books) delivered as instant downloads after purchase. The products are designed to be used on a tablet or computer (e.g. GoodNotes, Notability, or any PDF application) or to be printed for personal use. Product descriptions, features and prices are shown on the relevant product page.
Purchases are processed and fulfilled by our reseller Digistore24 GmbH ("Digistore24"), which acts as the Merchant of Record / authorised reseller for our digital products. This means Digistore24 is your contractual seller for the purchase, handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes, and delivers the download. By completing a purchase you also accept Digistore24's terms and conditions presented at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
We stand behind our work with a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us or Digistore24 within 60 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed via Digistore24 as the Merchant of Record. This guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print copies for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or reproduce the product or any part of it for commercial purposes, nor remove any notices contained in it. All intellectual property rights in the Website and the products remain with Softly Kept.
